These sessions will provide a deep dive on ICHRA and enrolling through Thatch. All employees are encouraged to attend.

How Do I Enroll?

Enrollment for your medical plan must be completed on the Thatch portal.

Enrollment for all other benefits including Dental, Vision, FSA, and all Voluntary Products will be completed via Paylocity.

You will be automatically enrolled in Telemedicine, Basic Life, STD, and LTD since EDDY pays 100% of the cost of those benefits

IMPORTANT: If you do not make any benefit elections during open enrollment, you will not have coverage effective 1/1/2027.
What Do I Need To Enroll?

Take time to read the entire benefits guide to educate yourself and family members on your options.

Decide on your benefits with your family, if necessary, prior to starting the enrollment process.

For your elected beneficiaries and covered dependents you will need their Social Security Number and date of birth.
